I set up a call back at 3 .30 PM today and no one called me back. How can they set up a call back time and not even bother to call one back. Totally useless service.

The dade transit is unfortunately very unreliable, buying a bus pass does not guarantee anything, and be prepared to pay for Uber and Lift. Stops are randomly removed without any warning and customers are forced to walk the difference whatever it may be. For example the only stop that existed along Haulover Beach for 120 to Aventura was removed. The Haulover beach stretch is more than a mile long, and customer service tells me to either wait for the 120 specifically to Haulover (barely seen) or walk walk back to Haulover. I understand 120 is a limited stop, but the original stop at Haulover was just that, limited but it was removed. There is at least a half mile difference the between the last stop before Haulover and the one at Haulover. Fix this issue please. Most customers who use this transit on a regular basis with issues are unaware of how to give feedback and voice their opinions concerning changes, but there are plenty who are dissatisfied.

Very rude persons, they should go thru a customer service course and know and understand that they work for the people. Supervisors, please ensure that a better customer service is provided and that if needed a call survey should be implemented.

A crosswalk on Brickell Bay Dr (across from AON building) has completely faded, and the crossing sign that was added at one point was too big for the street so kept on being hit by cars and falling down and eventually removed. I called to request repainting of the cross walk and the placing of a smaller sign in November, 2018. I was told someone else had also called for the same location and crosswalk in October, 2018. When I followed up in December to check on status, I was told I needed to have a request number in order to check on the order, so I made a new request. I was told the crosswalk would be repainted within 60 business days and a new sign placed. It is July of 2019 and the crosswalk is almost completely invisible at this point. I've called multiple times to check on the status, and the responses I have received are that there is no explanation as to why it's taking this long, the department is busy or they can't figure out what the status of the request is and why it hasn't been addressed. Needless to say, at this point I've lost all hope that the crosswalk will be repainted. I don't understand how a city cannot repaint a crosswalk for almost a full year after numerous requests from various citizens. At this point, cars are not stopping at all, pedestrians continue to cross there, and that location has become a hazard to pedestrians. Not to mention that the nearest other crossing walks on this street are a long distance away. Good luck to the pedestrians out there and be careful! We can't even be upset at the cars for not stopping any more...

Questions & Answers

as I draw thousands of bees from the walls

You must look for a specialized beekeeper so that using the queen, he takes them out. Later, if you do not want another hive to come, you must find a way to seal the wall well, or otherwise leave a wide opening so that there is no darkness, since they are looking for a protected and dark place. Usually another hive comes to the same place for the smell of honey, something that could also deal with some chemical that masks the characteristic smell of honey. I wish you success.
