Had a great experience with the service center at Urse Honda! We had purchased a used vehicle out of state and upon driving it home found that the dealer we bought it from had neglected to reassemble the brakes properly. Nathan at Urse Honda got us in immediately and had the issue resolved that same day. They were very accommodating we will definitely do business with them in the future!

He was excellent in helping me with my situation. I didn’t know what to do or how to handle it and he made sure to walk me through it and give me the best deal on tires and helped me figure out what to do with an insurance claim I was having issues with. He was so friendly and professional. He made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the job they were doing. He even had one of the workers take the car back into the shop to change around a tire that was questionable because I had my son with me. He was very thoughtful. My service visit was very good. I was in and out in a couple hours. The current situation with parts not being available is an issue that needs fixed. I also had to wait over an hour for a return call to make my appointment which could have been better.

Went today for a recall on my Ridgeline. Called yesterday and they got me in today! When I got there I was greeted by Jillian and she was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took good care of me and told me all the recommendations for my truck, gave me prices but wasn’t pushy. I appreciate knowing what it needs and how much it will be so when I am ready to get it done, I can call back and do it. Thank you Jillian for making this a pleasant experience 😁

Yes! We still have this vehicle !
Both Urse locations follow all CDC guideline along with cleaning before and after each customer. We also do mandatory touch point cleanings every 2 hours.
I'm not sure if they monitor this regularly, you might want to call the parts department.
