David did a great job informing me about my vehicle. When I initially called Ed Voyles Honda, one of the service representatives was interested in my safety of getting the vehicle to the shop. Then answered some of my questions. - very professional and customer oriented. Once I got to the shop David, my appointed service representative explained everything to me that was going on and discussed cost. Great service from Ed Voyles.

Inflated Invoices, Poor Job-Quality, Predatory and Vulnerable payment Methods. In details: Inflated Prices: I was charged over $33 USD for a “convenience fee” on Oil change that I never received. Please find pictures. Poor Customer Experience: I waited 50 mins to be checked-in. Also, Paper floor mats and sweaty seat covers were left in my car upon pick-up. Predatory and Vulnerable Payment Method: I was required to pay over the phone without a chance to review my padded invoice. Else, I do not get the car for 36 hours without a courtesy vehicle in the interim. Non-ethical hackers, take note. Service Department Team 07/09/22: If this was a roadside-mechanic, I would understand the desperation to be corrupt. But this is a whole branch representing Honda. Now I know NOT TO TRUST this branch with a major repair. Those leaving 5-star reviews probably got a new car or did minor maintenance.

I am waiting for parts to come in to complete the service on my 2001 Honda. I asked for a bulb to be replaced in the interior of the car. It still doesn't work. I also had my car detailed but wax was still on the mirror and the black trim not cleaned. Everything else was fantastic. I know they will correct this when I take it back. Everyone was super nice. Just need to pay a little more attention to details.

The services that my wife and I have been provided for over 7 years has been outstanding. The work is always top notch and timely. Marvin Bushay has been our service manager from day one and has always worked to give us good service at a fair price. Nope, I went with a friend of mine to perchance a vehicle from there & about a week after purchase (a 2016 Chevy), she had to take the car back twice for repairs & all this happened very recently, between April & now 2019.
Roy was recently overcome with an overwhelming sense of regret and self-loathing after having agreed to employment at Ed Voyles Honda and has since moved on to a career he can be exponentially more proud of as the guy who cleans up the elephant diahrrea at the zoo.
No. But you can walk away with a garbage Honda. The regret you have when you realize what you ACTUALLY bought and that management are bunch of con-artists and that you should NEVER have done business with them... That comes complimentary with every purchase!
Absolutely. I have dealt with them for years, and have always had a wonderful experience. In fact I have my daughter's car serviced at Ed Voyles prior to her trips to college. You can definitely feel safe that they will treat her and her car really well.
