Nope, I went with a friend of mine to perchance a vehicle from there & about a week after purchase (a 2016 Chevy), she had to take the car back twice for repairs & all this happened very recently, between April & now 2019.
I wish I could say otherwise but we are making unplanned trips after our new 2020 purchase and it's no fun. I guess we were spoilt by our previous experience of having a loaner car when your brand new car is being fixed (different brand/dealership) but alas. You better make your own arrangements when your car has to be kept overnight for servicing. It's basically unadulterated piss poor service if you want my candid opinion. I hope for the few decent folks there this changes.
I can’t speak of this Honda dealership specifically but I can speak to Ed Voyles dealerships in general. They are fantastic!!!!!!! I live in Florida and have gone up to Ga 3 times now and bought cars from dodge, Jeep and Hyundai. When my local dealerships wouldn’t help, I called and they went over and beyond! I’m looking for a new car now and planning on making a drive again.
The Honda dealership is in the process of putting in new and more experience managent Team and more importantly service department will see some new people also. A restructuring like this takes time. Pleas bear with us during our growth
