Unorganized during my visit and not much communication between cook and servers which resulted in delays in getting the food out. I could tell one server was fairly new and she did her best to keep her cool. The other female server kept stopping to talk to a former employee that walked in and not responding to the newer servers questions which meant the cook had to stop to help her. My toast was burnt and my waffle was not cooked all the way for my all-star breakfast. BUT HEY ITS WAFFLE HOUSE. I don't expect the best customer service, but I do expect my food to be right and good. I will just stick to my 2 locations 1 on henry blvd in stockbridge and the one on cobb parkway near life university. They speak to guest and even if there is a wait, the food is great.

This was the best service and hot, fresh and timely food we received since before the pandemic. Great job! 👍 We will start going back to all waffle houses if the experience was like this one. 👌
