Jose and Fausto could not have gave my fiancé and I a more pleasant experience. Prior to purchasing our 1st Honda vehicle we were Lexus all the way. At the beginning of 2021 my fiancé and I decided to take a leap of faith and start a business - we knew it would be a financial struggle and we needed to downgrade our Lexus(headache). Several dealerships later we landed at Honda. Jose worked his magic with the #s and Fausto showed us how we were NOT downgrading. They both provided us with lots of information in regards to the vehicle and agreement. They were calm, helpful, NO sales pressure, friendly and supportive. Their clear communication and superb customer service won our business. Long story short we purchased our first Honda vehicle April 2021, 2nd October 2021.... 2022 we just purchased our 3 Honda vehicle!! Thank you Jose and Fausto for your patience and answering allllll of my questions.

This morning I had my first visit of Honda of Westport service center. I did call them to schedule an appointment to make a spare keys for my car Honda Pilot. I was asked about VIN number which I provided. I came in this morning and the car was taking in to make a new keys and for 15K service which I decided to do as well while I was there. I selected $395 option even I was offered additional items to be done as well (turned out at the end to be $502). The main disappointment was after almost 2 hours being in facility they did not have keys for my car and I was told they need to order them so I need to come over again when they get it. Ones again the appointment was scheduled for keys and apparently they were suppose to check availability in part department first before set up an appointment. At the end I was told that "usually this type of the keys would be in stock by default. I called immediately Honda of Greenwich . and they took me in almost immediately and made the keys within 30-40 minutes. Therefore I do not recommend this shop and very frustrated with the stuff who doesn't do their job right.

I went in Westport to buy a car and I received the best customer service ever. Fausto explain every little details and make it happen. I am so happy right now. If you need to buy a car in Westport contact Fausto it will make it happen for you. Highly recommend. The service department in Fairfield is not far from Stamford. Not much farther than the sales center.
We ask customers to make an appointment in advance so that there is sufficient room available. Cars are wiped down prior to a test drive. The wearing of a face covering is adhered to at all times
