Very pleased with the service. My muffler was making a really loud noise like a sports car. I called Honda in a panic and spoke with John who instructed me to bring my car in and they would take a look. There findings were that my muffler had rusted to the point it was ready to fall off. So John ordered me my new muffler which came in as stated. Although due to being over booked I had to wait three days before it was installed. It was worth the wait! My car is running nice and quiet.😉

Everyone was super friendly & helpful. The whole process from beginning to end was the best experience we have had at a dealership. Our first conversation was with Anna. She was the best!! Constantly stayed in touch with us for a few weeks about the expected delivery date of our new CRV. Excellent! The entire staff at CMA Valley Honda is helpful & friendly. On a recent visit for 30K service, EVERY single person offered to help, a manager stopped his paperwork and helped direct me to the service area. On my return, two sales reps guided me to our car. I especially like that the service team didn't automatically assume I wanted all the 30K service work completed. They made a recommendation and let me choose, with their input. Other dealers would have simply done the work without gaining my approval. (I did the recommended service work). We drove over the mountain, from C'ville, to buy this vehicle, because of the poor customer service of the local dealer. Driving a bit further to CMA Valley Honda is absolutely worth it. Other dealers should take a lesson on how to handle their customers.
