We just stopped through for one night, but enjoyed our stay. The campsites were spacious and the playground was nice. The bathrooms/showers could use some updating, but they were clean. We stayed along the creek and the kids loved watching and feeding all the ducks! The grass was overgrown, which made it quite buggy, but overall it was a great stay.

This place is AMAZING! Quiet, gorgeous, clean. Our first time staying here, but definitely not last. They have a doggy park and patios for some Rvs! They are always patrolling the campground in case you need anything. Just absolutely lovely experience

We stayed the weekend at Walnut Hills Campground. Easy access to the sites, very clean and efficient bath house with hot water. WiFi all over the campground. Our site had water, sewer, 30amp electric and cable. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have wood delivery and trash pickup. We will be back!!

We stayed at Walnut Hills on our way to and from our destination in NC. I wish we had booked a few more days here! We stayed in the rustic cabins, and it was perfect for relaxing and getting into our vacation groove, and a great way to get in the frame of mind to go home and back to reality! The cabins were cozy and tidy, and the bathhouse was always exceptionally clean. Before arriving, we ordered firewood to be delivered to our site. Both nights we stayed, we cooked over the fire and enjoyed the peace and quiet under the stars. Can't wait to try a tent site! Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and genuine. Just a fantastic start and end to our trip. Looking forward to bringing the whole family next time, hopefully soon! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Yes they do
We do not allow stays longer than a week in our cabins.
We don't plan organized campground-led activities during the week; we simply don't have the number of campers here available to do them.
Skyline Drive runs to exit 105 at the south end, which is located about a 20 minute drive from our park.
Staunton is a 12 - 15 minute drive, Waynesboro is 20 minutes, and Staurts draft is about 5 minutes.
