Can't say enough good about this dealership. I have been looking for Ridgeline for months and several dealers in the Pittsburgh area wanted to charge $1500-3000 over MSRP and add a bunch of add-ons. Found the color and model I wanted at Ohio Valley Honda and there was no markup over MSRP and no add-ons! Picked up my new Ridgeline on Tuesday 7-5 and could not be happier! Do your research everyone...not all dealers are trying to take your money in today's market. Well worth the 1 hour drive!

I ordered 4 new tires through the dealership. They were able to get them super quick even with the shipping delays. Once the tires came in they got me in with the next day or so! Great customer service! Would recommend if you need tires or any services done on your vehicle!

From the beginning, I loved the transparent pricing listed on their website. It made it easy to "walk the lot" and look at their inventory from the comfort of home. Once I decided on a car, I emailed the sales department and they responded quickly every time as they answered questions and helped me with the process. The correspondence was easy and convenient. Working out details before the actual visit made everything so easy. When I got to the showroom, I was promptly greeted by Don (with a warm, friendly smile) and Kristen who was the internet/email MVP. She was so amazing, I couldn't help but hug her when we met. This is the definition of a great sales team. Excellent, no hassle service and everyone seemed to genuinely care. This was the sixth new car I have purchased in my life and it was the ONLY positive experience I have ever had with the process. Oh... And I love my car 2022 Honda Accord 😍
