All around great experience. Purchased an Aprilia Tuono and not once felt pressured through the process. Darragh is super nice and was professional through it all. These guys know Aprilia like no other and very much passionate about the brand. The service team are super nice and do great work. My break-in service was done by them and they just did an amazing work all around. I even received a call from Darragh prior to the appointment to offer me to take his bike till the work on mine was done, now talk about great service!! Love supporting good business like Rockridge. I'll be coming back here many years to come.

Giving 2 stars for benefit of the doubt. I’m unsure if this shop was negligent, or the previous owner of my scooter was delusional about her condition. All this to say, buyer beware. I had to spend over a grand to get her operational. This includes a broken oil filter and dipstick, the freaking broken part of the dipstick was still in the oil tank. And several serious issues that made her very unsafe until my shop did a number on her.
