A lot of people use moped and scooter interchangeably. If you're speaking of a scooter, absolutely Rockridge Two Wheels can fix it. If you're speaking of an actual moped (the motorized bicycle), I'm almost positive they could fix that, too. Give them a call, everyone who works there is awesome.
