I just received a call from their billing department saying I owed them a lot of money for a formula they went ahead and made without my consent. And they tried to say I did consent to it just to gauge money from me. Beware. This sent me into a panic attack as I have 0 money for this at the moment which I had told them when they followed up with me, and had assured me no formula would be made until I had consented. WHICH I DID NOT. Don’t go here it’s a scam.
