What an unreliable company. No call, no show on delivery and the best they can do after hours of trying to get some status update is put me on the next delivery in 2 weeks. I ask if they can guarantee they will show up this time considering I took work off and drove 3 hours to be present for the delivery... “No we won’t guarantee anything”

Costco needs to part ways with this company. It is true they don’t answer the phone. Bad customer service. They ask for a review after stating the delivery has been made. But, I received nothing! Should this company be in business?

Company of degenerates. Especially the VP of HR. and transportation manager. Both of whom I believe got their jobs out of entitlement and nepotism. Company work environment is toxic and surrounds lying, gossip, clique culture, cowardice, and very pathetic adherence to thier own handbook. These peoples ethics are severely in a rears, lacking and highly questionable. They are so into doing everything they shouldn't do, to the point where their performance is poor and in my opinion I definitely would never seek employment with them again and, because I know about how horrible they are delivery-wise I would not trust them with my orders either. You may also want to look up their legal problems.

Horrible service from start to finish. Scheduled my delivery with them and received confirmation email and phone call the day before. Never showed up. When I called to find out why was on hold forever and finally left my info for a call back, this was at 7:30PM. Received a call back at 10:30PM after I had gone to bed. Tried multiple times calling and sending emails but all I got back was a message saying that my package was ready for delivery and to schedule it. I finally contacted the company where I bought my item and they tried contacting them. After several hours they called me back and said the driver was in an accident and would need to reschedule. The story of them having an accident was a lie because when the driver did show up he told me so.
