Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai classes at MMA Bravo Zulu have been such a great addition to my lifestyle. Im stronger and healthier than I was before I started 9 months ago. Coach Nick and the staff are patient with their students, but they dont baby us - we get thrown right into the fire and it’s great!! Highly recommend for anyone at any level (students and staff range from white to black belts). No masks or covid theater, so leave all that at the door.

Been training here for a bit. Coach Nick runs pretty good training sessions on BJJ, muay thai and wrestling. His style of coaching is practical and effective. People who train here are polite and always ready to help you learn. Highly recommend Bravo Zulu if you are looking for a no-nonsense place to train.

If you want a coach and a great fight team that will take you far whether you want to fight and be a world champion, or just looking to get fit and find a great hobby to stay healthy and in shape, you can’t go wrong with MMA bravo Zulu. Coach Nick is a true professional, a wealth of knowledge when it comes to combat sports, especially with his experience in the striking field. The gym is clean and pristine, no issues with the equipment, gear, or hygiene. I haven’t had any issues regarding drama or attitude with any of the staff or the students of this academy, which clearly reflects on the instructors character and leadership skills, something which is unfortunately quite common when it comes to most MMA gyms, particularly the “famous” local ones that are just looking to market themselves. Coach Nick is always very friendly and personable and so are his instructors. you shouldn’t ever have any anxiety if you need questions or help with anything particular they will gladly give you the attention you need to improvise yourself. My personal experience, I’ve learned far more than I ever could with Muay Thai and striking in any other gym in the Bay Area. All bad habits were worked on, and Coach Nick was always motivating and inspiring, you will feel determined to come back and train harder and harder the more you work with him. I’ve managed to lose close to 30 lbs in the 8 weeks I’ve worked with this gym, which clearly shows his conditioning program is also 100% world class. I could not recommend this gym anymore, if you want to test yourself and change your path in life, make good friends, and learn some useful skills? The answer is MMA bravo Zulu

I joined up with Bravo Zulu a few months ago to train Muay Thai. It's been a blast every class and the coaches here have been great. They show an impressive breadth of knowledge in technique and application and are very passionate about teaching. They have relit my own passion in martial arts and I look forward to staying with these guys for awhile. The community has been very chill and welcoming.

Hello Rick Lee, Just to be clear, we are not a fitness gym. We offer a skillset, in Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling & Boxing. We are a Martial Arts School & someone's height & weight has no bearing on their work ethic, and ability to be coached. What we do isn't easy no matter what someone's physique is. Anyone without a background in this stuff starts out as every other day 1er. Of course we have gym rules like anywhere else, but its up to you to show up, be a good partner/student and put in the work. Shoot an email to the website with your contact information. Have a good 1
Private sessions are available. In Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing and MMA HIIT.
