It is great crab and fish pier close to Rogue brewer on the bay .There are some red rock crabs and a little Dungeness.

Went crabbing on this pier and it was so crowded, it was labor day though, went on a different time/day of the year and it was raining. I didn't have much luck, just got one that pass the measurement. But I have seen really big crabs caught by other people.

Park at Rogue Brewery. Walk out and drop off your pots (need about 50ft of rope to be safe). If you leave any buckets, bait, gear, etc, make sure you cover and secure it. There are lots of birds waiting to snatch bait, and the wind is strong. You can sit around and pull up the pots every half hour, or you can go grab a beer at Rogue, and come back out every so often.

I dont know how long it is but its easy to get to just go to the rogue brewery and park anywhere ... It's a short walk and it fills up fast. They have pretty good public restrooms and fish cleaning stations
20 - 30 feet. It's pretty shallow.
Best time for crabbing is when there's little difference between high and low tide. The more difference there is between the tides the more current there is and the crabs don't really like it cuz they get pushed around too much. They'll end up burying themselves and sitting still.
