Where should I start. These guys are a hit or miss. I’ve been to a couple funerals that have been handled by them. And let me tell you, the embalming jobs aren’t as good as they should have been. They need to improve on setting the face. So they look asleep. Work on learning to put makeup on the decedents. No one wants to see gray discoloration, eyelashes that look like they’re glued to the face and smooshed lips.
