Girls were helpful while we were shopping. However I call back a few minutes before closing because I could not find my belt I purchased In the bag. Asked the lady on the phone if she could check the register for it. I live over 30 minutes away. She told me she is closing and I can drive back tomorrow and look. I told her I understood she’s closing, but she answered the phone and asked if she could just look on the counter for it. I was told now I can come back out tomorrow. Very poor service if you ask me especially when I just spent almost $700 in their store

A great place to shop. Buyer beware. It's not a Bargain Barn. Greatest selection of Western and work apparel I ever found. It's got a heart as big as Northern California and much more behind the scenes. This is one place you must see. Top of the line merchandise with freindly helpful service. Great atmosphere and huge selection. If your looking for something to accent your personality or in the market for a quality product this is the place for you.

Going in there 3 days in a row. I went in yesterday and was going to buy boots, but I left my wallet at home. So was going to use Apple Pay only to find out it didn’t work. But that lady was super nice and even held the boots for me. As I live out of town but was here for work. So today I go back with cash. And the boots went up by 25 $ and some change. We I was 20 cents short and I had told her I had to go to truck to get change. the cashier Ashley was rude huffed really loud and racially called me out. So I’m Punjabi and called me Mexican and when I asked for resource # or manager she would not give it to me. So I will handle that on my own
