The manager Jessica is a horrible boss. She is bluntly rude to the customers with no remorse for how she speaks to customers and employees. She is extremely obnoxious, loud, unprofessional, rude and treats the employees like dogs. She threw my food away and didn't remake my order or give me a refund for messing up what I ordered. She also made a group chat with her employees to put them on blast in front of everyone even if they did nothing wrong. She doesn't let employees take time off for their kids telling them to schedule ahead of time, but won't show up so she can be with hers. Very sloppy, unprofessional, and should be fired immediately. It is surprising who they let run restaurants these days.
