I'm fairly new to having propane serviceAnd I must say the last three times I've had to have them come out I have truly been a pain and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. From front desk to the driver and even their trainee have all provided excellent service. Thank you

Being doing business with Shasta Gas for 4 years now. They have gotten really bad when it comes trying to fill an order. Have no respect for their customers.

Don’t ever run out of propane with Shasta Gas, they will charge you $120.00. They would have had me wait 1 week and charged me extra. I was never told about this fee and I’m new to propane use. Karen the daughter of the owners became extremely RUDE and argumentative with me. (To bad she cost the company my business).

We've had them for more than 20 years. Today we got a fill. They charged extra $120.00 plus another $30.00 for pressure test. First of all its are tank. Second there truck broke down so we had to wait a week extra So I turned off propane tank. So there would be propane still left in it. I would think they could work around that.
