I always love me some taco bell ! I have noticed that the Red Bluff location is ALWAYS a long line/wait; likely due to the lack of other choices in the area. I'm giving four stars because for a fast food restaurant Taco Bell is my favorite! It's obviously not five Star fine dining. I have noticed over the years that the mistakes are minimal

They're trying to lead you to the "darkside" of the drive through menu. (LoL) You might try calling the 800# on your receipt to let their corporate office know of this issue. Heck, you might get a free meal outta of it.
