It’s a busy store and my guess is that the staff works on commission because they were extremely friendly when I was looking for something behind the counter and completely abandon me when I look something on the shelfs

Yes, I already went in there and made the return. Google is still that Macy's is open for curb side pick up but I spoke to the rep while I was making the return and she said they open since June 1st for in store shopping

On the first floor if you enter where they have a Starbucks...it's the exact opposite of where the Starbucks is. It's also the place where you pick up an online order as well. It's further back on the left hand side of the store..you cannot miss it.
There is usually a sticker to apply to the clothing so you should not need a receipt if it is still on the item.
