This is one of the best chicken restaurants in Bartow I been going here since I was a little kid with my brother and sister and mother they all loved the food I recommend this establishment

I come here for lunch every few weeks. Recently having worked and moved to Winter Haven, but working in Bartow I have come to love this place. The atmosphere is completely small town, family oriented and professional. The chicken is excellent, the service is always friendly and the price is great.

I'm still gonna rate a five star because I know the owner and he is really nice. We came to the Shack an hour ago a girl with red hair was just standing at the front counter in a daze. Finally she took our order, she looked like she didn't want to be there. I order the same thing every time we eat there. I was charged $35 and didn't get what I ordered. The red hair girl wasn't even listening to me. We got our food went to check it and it was wrong. Yes it was corrected as we wait for the chicken we didn't get we could hear other employees saying omg these people need to go away. That is so rude. If it wasn't for customers you wouldn't get a check.
