Hi Neil. We offer 3 oil change types. Our conventional oil change is $42.99, our synthetic blend is $66.99, and our full synthetic is $89.99. Our oil changes include up to 5 qts of oil, our standard oil filter, maintenance checks, and a top of fluids if needed.

Ive never had that problem. They always had what i needed for the oil change. How do u feel about calling ahead to make sure they have it? The staff always have treated me with curiosity and kindness. Im sorry you had this problem.
