3 separate times (6 months apart) I've tried to get an oil change at Kenosha Valvoline, only to be told they are out of F-150 filters...what gives?

Ive never had that problem. They always had what i needed for the oil change. How do u feel about calling ahead to make sure they have it? The staff always have treated me with curiosity and kindness. Im sorry you had this problem.
