I am an Uber Eats Driver. McDonald's allows pick-up via drive thru (usually quicker). Bartow had me pull into drive thru spot 2 and I waited 25 minutes before going in. They cleared the drive thru several times, and served 2 other mobile order cars. I even tried to ask one of the people taking those out, but she looked right at me inside my car and then walked away as soon as I said Uber. This staff was extremely rude all around. Wish I could give zero stars.

A decent spot to get a bite to eat but double check your food before leaving. This location is busy so be prepared. Associates wiping down tables in between customers was a plus. Overall clean however there could be something done about the flies inside. Understanding the doors were open from people in and out but it is annoying.

Decent McDonald's. Clean enough. Food was good. Service was fast enough. Close proximity to the courthouse so things like court ordered family visitation happen here. Lots of homeless and criminal types around.
