Been going here for years and always have to wait because they cook it as you order. Which is absolutely worth the wait! I am sorry you were shorted a wing but I have never experienced this there. Honestly the best melt in your mouth gizzards you could ever find!!!
Sounds like something that could have easily been fixed...I always expect nothing go smoothly...and then am always surprized when it does....I drive all the way from Michigan..and the first thing I do is go to the Chicken Shack for my first meal....
