Shoped here close to a dozen times and had a great experience every time. Good selection of many different kinds of products employees have always been patient and respectful. They even allowed me a replacement item for a purchase made earlier in the day as the first was unable to suit my needs. Very rare that happens. (Don't expect them to just give you new glassware if you break something or after it's used. Very different than my circumstance. I doubt any store would be that loose with cash)

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 8 years in the industry. This is the worst business I have ever been to in my entire lifetime. I came into the store at 9:25, set my key and drink down to use the restroom. At 9:32 an employee says he has to close in ten minutes Knowing they close in 30 minutes at 10 pm, I browse for 5 minutes or so and checkout at 9:40 I had left my key in the store and the employee said it was not there. I saw the key in his hand and he kept telling me it was not in there. The manager of the store would not check the cameras for me, and had already heard from his employee complaining about the night before. Worst service, and worst business I have ever been to in my lifetime.

Location is right off the interstate easy to find. The girl in there running the store was very polite and Courteous. Was looking for a small smoke accessory for the wife, they have a huge selection and cheap prices. Overall my experience will have me return if I need anything like that again
