I realize it was late but the store was open for 6 more minutes and all I needed to grab was milk. Just. Milk. And the rude employee shut the door in my face. What a joke and what a lazy, inconsiderate employee

The self service machines here are VERY problematic. The scales are clearly out of sync and/or the weights of the items are not properly programmed in. It is not uncommon to scan an item, place that item on the scales, and the computer tell you to scan all items before placing on the scales. The store blames this issue on the help since the strike - but, this issue has been happening regularly since BEFORE the pandemic. Today, I had to overpay for an item because the machine has not been properly programmed convening the weight of US currency. There are no other self-service checkout stations in the Denver Metro that I have consistent self-service check out issues.

Avoid this location at all costs. Managers are a joke or always “not available” after the staff wastes your time & gets you no where near solutions. The store is a mess. The attitude of employees is disgusting and an embarrassment to customer service. There are no solutions to your problems and you as a customer are surely not in the right. If you have any interactions with Molly specifically, I’m sorry your day was ruined by this awful person.

Yesterday I bought flowers from this Kings and there was this lovely florist who went above and beyond to make this absolutely stunning flower boutique for my sister’s birthday! She was so kind and made us feel like valued customers! My sister was so happy to receive these and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they still wrapped flowers! I thank her very much for her talent and time!!!
