Lush staff is friendly and professional and the salon is a relaxing environment with great music. Serena is in demand so call several days ahead for an appointment!

I love Lush! I've been coming for a couple years now and even when I moved across town, I'll drive back over because they always do a five star job. I always do shellac manicures and find it stays a good two weeks.

Poor customer service. Room for improvement. I’ve been to several nail salons where they will take guests until 15-30 mins prior to close during business hours. If you still arrive early to this salon, they will turn you away. This place will not accommodate for service when they still remain open for business...even when it is not busy. This is an easy way to lose business, especially from a local CEO who owns her own company herself—works hard and long & late hours. There is a clientele of successful individuals who work late and cannot always come in before 5-6pm. I recommend the owner to put the customer first. You will be rewarded later for the effort. Patience is a virtue.

This is my favorite nail place that I've ever been to. They are detail oriented, professional and my nails last forever. It has a great atmosphere and they're reasonably priced. So glad I don't have to keep searching for a good nail place. I found a great one. They have my business from now on.
