Even if they are, don't expect anything! My recent attempt to pick up a moving truck I'd reserved here was THE absolute worst experience I've ever had, at any Uhaul location I've ever been. Moreover, it was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I work to manage 25 employees with the company I work for. I know I'm talking about. The main redeeming factor in the debacle that began at this location was speaking with the Uhaul area manager. This guy was remarkable and incredibly helpful. He and his fiance work for Uhaul. He arranged for me to go to what turned out to be a third location and receive $100.00 due to the fact that I'd been to two locations, neither of which had the truck guaranteed available. I'm not racist. The employee there who was the... Nevermind. Just avoid it.
