NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!! Rude manager!! The manager actually thought she had the right to yell at my kids while I was right there!! Unless someone is dying you NEVER do that!! You address the parents with any issues!! And the kids went doing anything wrong! They were just talking and walking and walking but she said they were being too loud and yelled at them for it! They proceeded to tell them she was going to kick them out!! My kids are 4 and 1!! I've stayed at plenty of hotels and most have not only been friendly to my kids but tried extra hard to make things a bit easier for them! The lady needs fired!! Also the rooms were dirty!! I wouldn't stay here for FREE!!

Paid for a week and she kicked me out before my time was up due to so called noises my 3 & 1 year old when we weren't even there, the manager Charlotte told my kids to be quiet if they want a place to stay at night. Someone needs to get a new job or a new attitude. If I could rate this place a zero I definitely would.

Manager is horrific. Kept yelling at my toddlers for being loud… they weren’t. Refused to give me her bosses number to resolve the issue. Kicked us out without a refund for absolutely no reason. We weren’t even at the hotel when she said we were being too loud. Horrible place, horrible people. Do not give them your business!

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of storage area . Walking to fast food and convenience stores. Area around property is very nice for walking dogs . 20 minutes from downtown Denver.
