Person couldn't hear us while placing the drive through, radio silence so we had to go "hello" to see if they were still there. They seemed very flustered. We eventually get to the window, lady is like here's you're total, no going over our order to make sure it was correct, and when my husband was confused, she looked and annoyed. Honestly I was craving chicken fries which is why we came but it wasn't worth it.

I just met the rudest person ever at the counter someone with a shaved head and a lot of piercings was straight AWFUL to my dad. Please train your employees better I think this person was maybe a manager or something too. Unacceptable honestly

This location is so bad that it's actually impressive. It's so obvious that the owner could care less about customer service or decent food. This guy, I believe his name was Martin, literally ignored my husband and I standing there for at least a few minutes. He didn't acknowledge us at all until he was absolutely ready to speak to us despite having a conversation in Spanish with two other people. Then by the time he got to me I was apparently irritating him for walking into the store. Unfortunately for you since I have time let's talk about the food. The kingfish was disgusting and not enough fish. The spicy chicken sandwich was actually not that bad if you're okay with a chicken tenders type sandwich with a decent sauce. The Whopper, the whole point of that $0.37 promo, was obviously sitting there for a long time. Speaking of old food, the mozzarella sticks were absolutely gross. I would avoid them entirely. I went home and actually cooked them again in the air fryer and somehow they weren't much better which tells me the whole thing is garbage anyway. This is actually coming from someone who used to love Burger King. I guess the owner gets enough money to not actually care about how this place is run and it shows. If you don't mind having the runs for a couple of days, eat here. :)

Fresh & hot 🥵. Whopper special no fries 🍟. Fast 💨 service on this visit & the line was kinda long. I was still in & out pretty quickly. I’m a have2 make my way back & check out the new chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪 & the new Bacon 🥓 King 🤴🏾 Burger 🍔 also. Check em out if U happen 2B in the neighborhood. Have it your way 😂😂🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️😂😂

I reported it to their franchise offices in Littleton, RobKraft. This is the 3rd day I've tried to go to Burger King at this location, they are either closed down early by 10pm or not open after 6am. So I figured Id try breakfast when I got off work at 730 am and the guy over the intercom immediately says they aren't taking orders in the drive thru and I'd have to come in. If your equipment works enough to tell me you can't take my order and even argue with me when I asked why and were they ever open, then its literally a lazy problem. They can use the next closest register if the drive thru one doesn't work. Adding to my aggravation, im almost 5 months pregnant and there isn't much I can eat or even want to eat and with my disability its hard to stand up and cook anything especially after working 3rd shift, had a craving all week for BK and they obviously don't want my business or any other person who can't come in or make it before they random close.
Um, no. Not sure what you need to clear your confusion.
