After 6 months of living at Flats on D, my original review still stands true. Everyone is so kind and helpful, the building is extremely clean and well cared for, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, the area feels very safe, and the overall resident experience has been amazing. The technology thats available really makes everything so easy also. The online platform for rent payment, amenity reservations, maintenance requests, etc. is so user friendly and simple to use. The package concierge service is so helpful with notifications and keeping packages secure. Couldn’t ask for a better experience all around!

A great building with really good value. Perfectly situated on the outskirts of Seaport but within easy walking distance of downtown Seaport, financial district, and South Boston... Just a great location, in a modern building, and a quiet, respectful community. Truly a fantastic place to live.

I’ve enjoyed living in this building for the most part. Very reliable and efficient maintenance team and the units and amenities are new and clean. Don’t move here unless you enjoy dodging dog poop and pee like Frogger on the sidewalks around the building though. Residents consistently do not clean up after their pets despite bags being provided at the entrances of the building. Absolutely disgusting.
