Our experience has been a great one so far! (Starting 2nd year). We did have issues with the old management team but the current team is very attentive to all details and hospitable to our needs. All three of us (including our newborn) love living at Boston east. The views are terrific and access to the city is so easy! Plus grocery store, pharmacy and good eats are just walking distance from the building.

1 start review shouldnt shock anyone reading. This place has had a terrible reputation for their management and staff and sadly it’s gotten no better years later. They only have 1 leasing agent, their website never works. The guy at the front desk? Forget it! He is rude, inconsiderate and lies to the tenants or anyone that walks through the front door. I’d give 0 stars if I could!

The pros: the views are great. The cons: literally everything else. The current leasing company is completely inept. The apartments look nice but are cheaply made and you’ll be along for the ride into the conversations of your neighbors on a daily basis. You’ll see a bunch of recent positive reviews below because they sent out a message to residents pleading that we submit positive reviews. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.
