I have been living at the Watermark Seaport for just under a year and so far it has been a wonderful experience. Before moving here I toured about 6 or 7 different managed buildings in the area, and the leasing team here was by far the best. Andreea Swank was the leasing consultant I worked with. She friendly and transparent which made the process stress free, definitely recommend her. The building itself is pretty dope. Great location, quiet, clean, and a phenomenal 18th floor sky deck. The building events are cool too especially the cooking classes. The employees at the front desk too are very friendly as well; especially Mariatou, Antonio, and Bill. Watermark is one of the best choices of places to live within Boston and the Seaport.

I have been leaving in this place for a year. All is good. However, the front desk team changed and talked to the residents aggressively. I am afraid to ask about packages because they are “barking” at your face. Especially the guy named Bill. It is not appropriate if I pay $4,500 monthly. Moreover, they are always on the phone. Sorry, but they should be more respective to the residents.
