I like living here. I really do. Any maybe I'm just in a honeymoon phase, but I sure feel optimistic that the satisfaction will last. The concierge staff are awesome- super friendly, helpful and available. The maintenance and cleaning crew are detail oriented, polite and friendly as well. The leasing office can be a bit tough to get in touch with sometimes, but they do make themselves available for in person inquiries as needed (which is great). Move in directions could have been much, much more clear, just over all move in day communications were non-existent and sparse at best, I had to do a lot of chasing to get the details - for example, I asked where my parking spot was and they just stated what number I had reserved for our space - not physically where it was located (which is tough when you're moving in after only a virtual leasing tour!! I had to circle the block a few times until I realized they have a driveway with an underground parking lot). Our keys weren't readily available behind the desk on move in day either but concierge worked really hard to figure out the situation and eventually our move was able to happen! Modern appliances, great hardwood floor, fabulous bathroom tile and accents...this place is dripping with style and our visitors love to join us out on the patio. I look forward to seeing what else is in store with this place! Thanks team! Update - moved out so finishing thoughts: Pros - beautiful building. Great location. EXCELLENT repair and maintenance team. Wonderful and high quality amenities in the units. Bridget in the leasing office is a ROCK STAR. Thanks for the time we had together, Team!

Be careful to document every little imperfection on check in. I'd recommend making a detailed video- go over everything- floors (scratches etc), wall, counters (chips, discoloration etc), shelves etc. I got dinged on a relatively minor blemish that in all likelihood was already there before I moved in. Security deposit gone. Makes you wonder if this happened to the previous tenant too. And the one after me? Left quite the bitter taste upon leaving. I've ALWAYS got my deposit back because I'm extremely meticulous- apparently not. You live and learn. As per the complex, proximity is it's greatest asset. Cons include noise (but that's boston city living), cost (typically above market average), and the parking situation which is absolutely terrible. (see attached photos). Make sure to request to see your parking spot before signing. Front desk/concierge are generally helpful and responsive to issues. Britny's phenomenal. Overall it was a decent experience, but I can't help but feel slighted at my move out experience which will hinder me from recommending it to anyone.

I stayed in Serenity for some time last year. It's a very unique community. It's perfectly located within walking distance from many places in Boston. And has a T station literally when you step out for any place further. If you're lucky and one of the apartments overlooking Olmsted Park, you will get one of the most, if not THE most, gorgeous views in Boston. The whole team from management, leasing office and concierge were very welcoming and helpful. The leasing experience was super smooth and hassle-free. Bridget and Britny from the leasing office made the whole process very pleasant.

The apartments are nice and tidy, the problem is that the location is far away and its place is tricky. The noise of the street, buses, and the train disturb me at 2 am for the apartments of the street viewer. The apartments are nice and tidy. Their problem is that the location is far away and its place is very disturbing the street, buses and train. It bothers me at 2 o'clock in the morning for the apartments of the insider on the street.
