I would’ve given a 5 star bc I love this store, but a rep there ruined my visit and my lunch hour. I went into this store yesterday around noon to pickup an online order placed at 8:30 that morning. Upon entering Neko greeted me and I told her I was there for the order, without checking she said well it takes a while. I then told her it was placed that morning, she then states “well you’d have to have your ID and Confirmation number anyway” I said ok that’s fine, I go to checkout. I approached register with another girl to tell her I was there for online order, Neko walks up and states that she doesn’t have any online orders with an attitude before u can even finish talking to cashier. So I went to look at other sandals quickly (I was on my lunch break) and found a pair I wanted. Upon going to checkout I was greeted by Amber, she was checking me out, I mentioned the online order and asked how long it usually takes. She asked what it was, looked over towards wall and my order had been sitting there ready. Amber was amazing! She was polite and very helpful. Neko was lazy and was trying to deter me the second she talked to me and never even checked for my order. I’ve been in customer service over 20 years and her actions were furthest thing from customer service I’ve ever seen.

my feet are thin and i can't get the sandals i like,the sandals just gap open and don't fit at ALL
