Got this place for my boyfriend and I plus my brothers and I wanted a place that offered separate rooms for that. Was perfect! My boyfriend said, “this is bigger than some of the apartments I’ve lived.” And he fell in love with the bed immediately. Loved the little kitchen. My brothers loved the pool and gym room. I wish the breakfast was better but was still better than other hotels I've been. Mostly wanted an egg option with no cheese but I get that most people like eggs and cheese together.

I was charged $1,400 randomly days after my stay, when i was charged an up front fee of $750 on the day of the stay. I’ve been trying to talk to the manager but haven’t been successful. There are also failed attempts to charge my debit card on file more than a handful of times. I would highly recommend you stay away from this hotel! I am looking into legal action for this matter

The location is very convenient and most places are walkable from there. This place is a good option if you’re staying for a while. There’s an inbuilt kitchenette which is very useful. Lamia at the front desk was very very helpful! She deserves a raise!!

Two weeks ago I booked room, through the reservation line. I Was booking 2 rooms in downtown Indianapolis. There was a miscommunication between me and rep, because she booked rooms for down town Minneapolis. I called reservation line back to cancel. Which the the rep informed that they were. I then contact the actual hotel so this time so there’s no confusion. Saturday I go to pull email confirmation for the rooms in Indianapolis, I notice that there’s another email, but this emails says Minneapolis. I opened the email only to find that the reservation was never cancel. So I immediately call the hotel to inform them of this error. The staff on at the time , stated that this has happened to her frequently, and reassured me that the reservation was canceled and I wouldn’t be charged a cancellation fee. Later That night I log on to my online account to check account balance and notice there were 2 transactions for towneplace suites of Minneapolis. I’ve been calling for hours and still haven’t been able to get a hold of any one. This is so unprofessional! I’m canceling my subscription as well.

I did not see an indoor pool. Pretty sure it's only outdoors, and not very large.
