This facility over charges their long term cate patients. Otherwise, it's not a bad facility.

My mother wants to know how is food ?

Remember, we're talking about food made in a for-profit facility targeted at those with little recourse aside from refusing to eat. Moving along, I can speak from experience that the food is quite good and the friendly and solicitous dietician, Mr. D. Chen, will adjust any patient's meal plan to satisfy individual taste, need, quantity, all within the nutritional parameters as determined by the Executive Medical Director. My appreciative comments here apply specifically limited to answering the question of food service and in no way conflict with my general review, q.v. Remember the rule of thumb: Even the most psychotic patients have moments of lucidity; however, we do not judge them on these fleeting episodes. Their general confounded state is the real diagnosis. This nugget of reality is core to the understanding of life's apparent anomalies.

How much does it cost per day

I can only imagine that the answer specific to each patient depends on needs required and offered, insurance coverage, individual financial resources, and how flexible the financial overseers are flexible. Such flexibility will depend upon their need to fill empty beds, their current financial goals (take more, give less is to be the expected m.o.). Expect amorality and immorality if not outright illegality.
