Worst place ever donot answer the phone have to call 4 -5 times nurses don't know how to transfer calls plus they have water on the floor I almost fall....guard was inform he never acknowledge...patient are ill threated their....I hav to keep on calling calling social workers there only voice msg This place illthreat your family member please becareful they LIED

This place is horrible. My family member is going through horribly in this place. He fell out the bed twice. They refuse to feed him although his hands are weak. The facility has no glove or sanitizer stations on the units. The staff is mean, I heard them for myself while on the phone with my family member. The nursing supervisor is horrific. She puts the phone down while your speaking, then comes back on the phone asking are you done? Horrible Place don’t send your family here. I called the state, nothing was done.
