The staff here are very very nice! So helpful and full of empathy. They did their best to make our stay right even though, right off the bar, our stay was messed up. Came out there for a show and we checked in at 3:30, only to find out housekeeping hasn't cleaned our room yet. The staff tried to put us in another suite that was similar and couldn't because everyone else checking in behind us had the same type of suite. So my bf and I got stuck waiting in the lobby for about an hour with all of our luggage waiting to be let onto our room. They tried to make it better by coming for breakfast for us and giving us a coupon to the Dover next door. How we, since we came out for a concert we already knew that we weren't going to be able to use the coupon, and we knew we weren't going to be able to use the breakfast comp. They apologized to us because there was nothing else they could do. We ended up getting into our room, but our whole trip was rushed after that and kind of started it off on a bad note. I'm not sure I will visit this hotel again, it's kind of up in the air for me. I did appreciate the staff and how hard they worked to try to right the problem. They were very kind.

Check in was a breeze. Be aware there is a $50 refundable deposit but that is typical. Room was clean, spacious, & modern. Unfortunately there was maintenance being done on the pool & hot tub during my stay. Affordable for Hilton if you book through a 3rd party site. I don’t really have anything bad to say about this place. My stay was amazing!

The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. I've never stayed in a hotel that used Double beds instead of Queen, though. Just weird, not a complaint. Everything was very clean, and I appreciated that there was a shop open 24 hours with snacks and beverages available. The Dover (on-site restaurant) was not available for lunch and was also quite expensive with very slow service. The conference room chairs are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I would not want to come back to this hotel if it were for a conference. Having to spend 8-10 hours sitting in those awful chairs was miserable. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, which was also nice.

Positive: I love this hotel it is such a great location with bars/restaurants within walking distance. I love that this is a full-service hotel with a bar/restaurant right inside the hotel. I have stayed a few times and have not been disappointed. Negative: the hot tub was not very warm when I sat in it and tried to turn the jets on but they were very loud and didn't do anything.
