Great customer service! They told me to come back in an hour and I came back in an hour and it wasn’t done in exactly an hour so the guy gave me a free phone case. overall great experience! Definitely would recommend

Super impressed with this shop's work and customer service. They fixed my broken screen for a very reasonable price. But, the screen they installed was defective. When I called to ask what could be done, they apologized (even though it wasn't their fault) and happily replaced it with no charge. Unlike many different services, they didn't even question the concerns I was raising with the screen they had installed. The customer service was excellent. Despite being busy, they fixed my screen very quickly both times. The second screen works perfectly. It says a lot about a business that puts their customers first. I would highly recommend these guys and I won't go anywhere else!

Great customer service, super friendly and helped right away. I broke my iPhone 7pluse screen they had it fix with in a Hour. Hands down the place with the lowest prices in town I called about 8 different places and all were super expensive. The Mobile Repair Shop is amazing.
