They called to schedule the appointment assuring me that it was covered under my service plan only for the tech to show saying I have to renew or pay service fees. Had they said that when they called me I wouldn't have made the appointment. This company has been horrible with their communication. The techs have been great but they pay the price for the front offices ineptitude.

Ars scammed my son through their low priced annual hvac inspection at Home Depot. Told my son the heat exchanger was cracked. LIE! 2nd opinion from another company proved nothing wrong. Contacted Ars several times and sent them a copy of 2nd opinion. Scott McCreary promised to call me back on at least 5 occasions but never did. Don’t expect much from these crooks - they’re only in it for the money - zero customer service. Proceed at your own risk!!
