This court is currupt and harraasing my black mother. They gave her a ticket for speeding in a school zone but she was not driving. She missed her court date due to lending her car to a household member who needed to go to work. She put in an appeal as the lawyer instructed and some clerk ignored it is certified and sent another disposition ignoring the fact they sent us papers acknowledging the appeal and setting a new date. She sent in an Alfa David and it was ignored. Someone screamed at her over the phone to just pay it. Someone is not following the law that's not how the court works and clerks are not judges. Someone up here is doing whatever they want and not doing their job. Some people fight because they're innocent and this court will bully you into guilty pleas do not fold people. If they are treating your situation the same look into reporting the court to the state bar.

The humanitarian judge was worth the ticket. God bless his soul. He's one of the best humans on the bench. As usual, some, not all, but some of the police officers are suspect. Smh.

Don’t consider this place as a place where you get justice. You just go there and silently pay them to put the biggest Christmas trees and buy expensive sound equipment. If you are not guilty and you want to prove it there no chance you get a decision in your favor by a bench trial. The judge is making decisions only in favor of the police, even if they are wrong.
