My husband surprised me with a date night here. Hotel was clean. Room was okay. Front desk staff was knowledgeable. Would I go back, probably so!! Be prepared to go elsewhere for breakfast or you will be disappointed in what is offered!!

Everyone at the front desk was great! However, we were super disapp once we got to our room. It smelled weird and the toilet was clogged, they moved us to another room and were super helpful. However, that room smelled even worse but we just accepted that and didn't want to cause more problems. For $120/night though, we were expecting more. Likely won't be staying here on our cross country trip back home.

Positive: I checked in after a long day of work and I was given a dirty room. When I went back to the front desk the clerk was on a break so I had to wait for 10 minutes to get a new room. The room had no regular coffee and I wasn¿t offered a breakfast bag. Negative: See above

Worn out, out dated rooms. Beds were extremely small and uncomfortable. No hygiene and house keeping. We found a black sock lying on the carpet next to the A/c which was totally gross. Breakfast was a joke - junk food in a paper bag. Not worth the price charged.

They do not but there are other interesting things like a great gym, really nice staff and great food, easy access to all the fun places in the Twin cities and its very affordable and comfortable.
Yes with a $20 deposit that I think is refundable
When i was there for a conference in February 2017, they used to have a shuttle from the hotel to UMN campus which would also pass through UM Hospital.
