I was here for a wedding and lost my phone. Security employee Christopher went above and beyond to help me find it and spent over 30 minutes doing so. We wouldn't have found it at all without his help and it turned up in a weird place! Cannot stress enough that he was incredibly kind, friendly, and dedicated.
Living life positively
The Maintenance guy named Chris was really kind and went overboard in trying to fix the in-room fridge. However, the hotel I guess removed all the microwaves due to Guests mis-using them. I have never heard of this before especially in Suite accomodations but with the chaos going on in the Country, I can understand the challenges hotels face. Philip who checked me in seem overwhelmed especially considering the labor shortages and huge Convention crowd hanging out in the lobby. However, after my request being a Titanium member, he did put us in a Suite. I do noticed and others agree that Marriott seems to not really value their higher end Status members whereas Hilton Diamond really works with you knowing your loyalty. So, I will shift to the Hilton family for upcoming stays. I am in no way blaming the employees as everything is so messed up in this Country. Chris did, however, make an incredible effort to help us with the fridge. However, we were told to go to the third floor is you wish to use a microwave.

Nice hotel. Location is great. Good customer service. Classy. History of building is cool too. Better than average fitness. Was part of a wedding booking otherwise may not have stayed at such a nice place. Dunn Bros coffee right there too. Had miscommunication with housekeeping, but we worked it out.

Positive: Location is great. Nice lobby. Negative: Room was underwhelming at best for the price. The closest door was not hung properly and was just continually making a larger hole in the drywall. This was clearly noticeable but apparently not worth fixing?

Yes. Check out their website and/or give them a call for more details.
It can be 20 minutes plus depending on traffic. I didn't ask about the shuttle, but its likely they offer some type of service.
No
They share pool facilities with the Residence Inn nextdoor and it was always crowded with kids.
Yes, gold and platinum members receive complimentary breakfast in the members Lounge. If you come on the weekends, they instead give you a ticket for complimentary breakfast for two in their restaurant. There, they have an omelet station and better selection than the lounge - it's really good!
