Positive: I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The service is good. Breakfast isn't free, but it's delicious and reasonable. You can't beat the location, and the ice machines are top notch!

The service was very good, from the check-in assistant to the restaurant lady (not really a waitress, as it's self-service), they were all polite, friendly, and helpful. The room left a bit to be desired. There was a fridge, but no microwave oven, no Corby trouser press, no Gideon's Bible. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. The shower was OK, but there was no instructions in the room telling guests how the shower operated, nor any social stationery. The smart television was very good though, as it allowed you to connect to your own subscription services. All in all, a good hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, and was kept clean. The staff was super welcoming and very thankful when we made a noise complaint about other guests staying on the same floor as us. Parking connected to the hotel was $32 a night for in/out parking. Best part of the hotel was by far the shower. Spacious with a rainfall shower + hand held shower wand, it was absolute heaven.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very welcoming. There was group of people that was making a lot of noise at 4am but the staff was helpful. The shower had a waterfall head and a detached head, and it was the best part. I would definitely go back here.

The hotel charges $28/night with unlimited ins and outs of the ramp. We found a $20 fee on SpotHero for a Saturday but you can't use your car
The Target Center was only 2 blocks away. Very convenient
Sorry can't help with this one. I was on holiday for a few days only, I didn't take too much notice of where the banks were.
