Checked in late for 2 nights for a work trip so full review to follow. About 15 minutes from the airport so the ride in was easy. Check in was quick and easy. So far so good. Hotel seems nice and clean. Room is large and seems to have all the amenities you would expect. Good stuff. 👍🏻

Very disappointed to book such an expensive hotel for two nights to then find out at check in that housekeeping was not available unless we made a special request. We “booked” housekeeping for 11 am the next day and left the room from 11 am to 1:30 pm. We returned to an uncleaned room. We were there Saturday and Sunday and the restaurant was closed and room service was not available. After we complained, they offered an upgrade. Nevertheless, they should not have 4 stars with this level of service and amenities. Major staffing issues. Do not recommend at all.

Whatever you’re paying Jaida, double it. Jaida was extremely accommodating during my stay and had exceptional customer service. At one point the AC stopped working in my room and she graciously upgraded me to a corner suite. 10/10 will be back again.
