I was here for a event called Games Done Quick, and stayed for about 5 days. The room I got was on the 5th floor, and was really clean. This hotel was much better than the one that's hosted in Orlando, however there was one thing that was odd. The entire stay, even though the cleaning people were on our floor many times it didn't seem like they did much of anything, albeit a minor issue but it would've been nice to get clean towels or other toiletries without having to contact the front desk.

If I did not have to give a star I wouldn't.. We checked in as diamond members.. We got a oversized room.. And get up there and we could fit the cart in.. Then I shook my head when I seen the industrial toilet. Bathroom was so small.. Looked for the towels and there was none.. just a washcloth and hand towel.. looked in the closet and nope nothing.. looked in the shower and there was a rack that was kinda hanging on the wall. Don’t think it could hold towels.. we went out for a bit and came back after we decided we would give them a chance to fix it.. the manager put us on the other side of the hotel where he said the rooms were bigger. He gave us a upgrade because we were diamond members.. lol .. we get up to the room and I was in shock.. room was bigger but the way they had extension cords everywhere.. and there was brown spots on the floor and a big area that was hard like someone spilled and never got cleaned.. nasty.. and to top that there was a couch and nope we did not even touch it.. there was stains and hard spots on it.. and we all know what it probably was. So no please don’t bother staying here.. and the room we were in was well over $200 a night.. better off staying somewhere else.. so so disappointed in this being a Hilton property..

Positive: Great staff na, location is good, nice bedroom. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. I requested for top floor, king bed, and some other stuff which they provided happily. Negative: Bath tub seems old style, could be improved. Cleanliness also have a room for improvement.

Friendly front desk staff that had sympathy and compassion for us stranded Delta customers that were put up in a hotel. Beds were very comfortable and a TGIF is within walking distance and open until 1 AM. Shuttle service to the airport arrived early and left right on time. Excellent service!
