Will shuttle take people to the Armory building? On schedule or by request? What are shuttle hours?

Our shuttle services the airport each hour between 5:30am and 11:30pm daily. Our shuttle also makes scheduled trips to the Mall of America each day. Additionally, our guests may request the shuttle for local trips within five miles of the hotel. For more information, please call the hotel or visit the bell stand in the lobby near the main entrance.

I know that it will go to places besides the airport, but I'm not sure what the request process is. I would call.
